NexGen Networks Attends Benefit to Support the Elimination of Childhood Cancers

Employees participate at Rock for Hope event to benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital

On May 2nd, 2013, NexGen demonstrated a similar commitment to its community and to social responsibility with an enthusiastic representation at the third annual Rock for Hope event at B.B. King's Blues Club benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

The Rock for Hope event was a tremendous success, as attendees including NexGen personnel were treated to cocktails, food, a silent auction, a luxury raffle and live performances by Full Circle, Zero Recall and Big House Groove Band. Most importantly, they donated to a world class research and treatment center which has played a significant role in the increase of childhood cancer survival rates from 20% to 80% since its founding.

St. Jude boasts some of the most gifted researchers in the field, whom doctors around the world consult on difficult cases. The hospital denies no child treatment on the basis of race, religion or a family’s ability to pay.
