NexGen Networks Deploys an Additional Point of Presence at 60 Hudson Street NYC

Providing businesses with additional entry points in New York.

April 28, 2022 - NexGen Networks, a Global Digital Infrastructure company and the premier provider of fiber optic-based network solutions to the world’s top financial services firms and global enterprises, announces their deployment of a new Point of Presence (POP) located at 60 Hudson Street, NYC.  This new POP will attract additional domestic and international clients with low-latency requirements and help them cost-effectively extend their reach through access to a global network platform that reaches thousands of networks around the world.

60 Hudson Street, (formerly the Western Union Building) remains an integral part of how information moves through New York City, delivering digital data to some 8.3 million New Yorkers. Built-in 1930 for the Western Union telegraph company, the building was initially nicknamed the "Telegraph Capitol of America". The building spans an entire block between Hudson Street, West Broadway, Worth Street and Thomas Street.

“As a leading custom cloud solutions provider positioned on value, selecting the right location for every cloud connection is critical,” says Jeffrey Barth, President of NexGen Networks.  “We’re excited to expand our network into 60 Hudson Street and continue to provide businesses with additional easy entry points into the preeminent market.”
